I am feeling a sad this morning that my 3 roos (2 polish bantams & black cochin) were taken in the middle of the night .
The boys had to live at my inlaws' farm because of my village's rules on roosters and seemed happy living the rural country life with all the space.
Evidently the coop was compromised in the middle of the night and 3 of my 5 babies are gone (in addition to some of my inlaws' hens
). A trail of feathers is all that remains. I don't blame anyone, they were just extremely special to me. I've been crying and feel guilty about it. I haven't told my daughters yet.
Going up to my inlaws today to check on the other my 2 batam roos and try to check and reinforce all the various coops
I hope my boys didn't suffer and know they were loved by me & my daughters. I will miss you Godzilla, "Roo"th and Dumpling ❤
