Went out to the coop this morning and my rooster was just sitting on the floor. I tried to help him to get up but he has no muscle tone in one leg and just a little in the other. He just sits there. He is able to eat and drink if I put it all near enough to him. None of my hens seem to be affected. Any idea what is going on?

Two things that come to mind are botulism or Mareks disease. With Mareks they can be paralyzed in legs or wings and still want to eat and drink. Botulism comes from eating a rotted animal or fish carcass, or vegetation, and even maggots that contains botulinum toxin. They will get foot and leg paralysis, then wings, then neck will be paralyzed and lying on the floor, then death. Here is some info: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/diseaseinfo/19/botulism
