My rooster has like white ball like pimples but he is eating good just being his old self and today I had seen two of my hens getting the same thing

My rooster has had white pimple like balls on his head I looked it up and it said dry fowl pox and my other rooster has a few and today I had seen the same can I put goo go on everyone and can I put some Heal XCELL on them too
