My rooster needs a new home

I recently bought some baby chicks from Atwoods and they were all supposed to be hens but I ended up with a rooster. I live in Norman and I know we cannot have roosters within city limits so I need to rehome him. Is there anyone who lives in the Norman area that would take him?
