My sick peacock

@q8peafowl , have you seen anything like this in your peafowl?

No not exactly, i had a peacock before that just decided to lay on the ground one day and was never able to stand again, a vet told me Newcastle sometimes will affect the muscles and it has no treatment, not sure if it was the case. This peacock just look sick with some disease I believe.

I was trying to send you son videos while it's walking but I could not upload
However he's now walking very slowly but prefers to set on the ground most if the times.
What you expected is true his left leg knees is swallowed little bet and don't know the reason.

I'm from Kingdom of Bahar.

What you suggest I do.
I can take himto a vet.

If you can take him to a vet that would be best. A vet can do a thorough exam, many tests, and prescribe medication.

He's walking now slowly but prefers to set on the ground most of the time
At night he also sleeps on the ground as he's not able to jump to the steel bar which is 3mtrs height
I think it's getting better
