my silkie chicks leg is broke what can i do for it

chickenfarmer17 - I'm sorry about your chick's broken leg. I don't have any first hand experience with this, but here is a link I keep on hand that gives information on treating foot and leg problems in chickens. Although it doesn't directly address broken legs, it does give information about pain killers, and treatments for other conditions that might help you. I wonder if the "hock cushion" (1/2 way down the page) might be appropriate. I hope you find something in here that helps. Also, until someone who has experience with this comes along to give you specific advice, you can try searching this site. I am sure you can find information on this site that will help.
