My silkie has a weird neck

I have noticed my white silkie rooster is beginning to act very strange and his neck has a huge lump on it and it seems he cant make his neck go straight. I'm not sure if this is wry neck because i am new to owning chickens and have never experienced it. He still eats and drinks but it seems he get get confused on where to walk or to go to get to the food and water and he is constantly walking into the walls. i have isolated him because the other chickens are picking on him and trying to fight him plz help, i have no idea what to do!!!!

Poor roo. I'm not sure about the lump. It's not his crop, is it, that might be impacted? The other symptoms sound like wry neck. I have not personally treated it but here is one link, if you scroll half way down you will find treatment suggestions for wry neck:

thanks for the link but sadly he got really bad and past away this afternoon at 2:00

I'm sorry your he did not pull through. It's so sad. I know it is hard to lose a chicken.
