Got them moved outside to a temp pen for now. I found out they can get over a 3ft poultry netting. The yard they are in is a mud hole right now so they got fenced in a spot where there's atleast some grass and etc.
There is a 4 ft pickett fence down two sides, the house on one side and a 5ft chain link on one side. The roo did get out one day and was on the pickett fence. I put him back in with the hens and went inside to watch. He hopped right over the netting, then got on the cinder blocks around my tortoise enclosure and up to the pickett fence. He was quite proud of himself and was crowing his butt off..hahaha. Atleast now I know when my grass sprouts in the yard, I have to fence them off from the tortoise enclosure
