my sitting hen no longer is sitting

Its my hens 1st time sitting. Shes been sitting for a week and this morning isnt sitting on it. When i went to collect the other eggs i touched her eggs and they are cold. I could tell she hasnt been sitting on them all night.
What does it mean? What do i do :'(
