She was about 3-4 weeks old, I found her during the night laying on her side, at first I thought she was trying to have a dust bath, until I opened the lid and she didn't move...I removed her from the brooder and put her in a little basket to keep her warm near the lamp. I was kinda poking around the side that seemed useless, her left side, and I think it was painful for me to touch her wing and leg and such. Then at one point her face and beak had an expression of a seizure and her leg was shaking. I couldn't tell if she was just in alot of pain or if it was a seizure. Never had this happen before. Please help.
