My sweet chicken is sick

Im back with another sick chicken and questions. Last Saturday I noticed she had a. Poopy butt. Ordinary color but messy poop. I soaked her bottom and gave corrid. SUNDAY I left for a convention but soaked her again Sunday I got home tonight. She's not on the roost with the others. I picked her up. Greenish yellow poop. Brought her in soaked her bottom again. Made her electrolytes. I also made her a egg with cottage cheese which she's putting it away. Her comb is dark but not red like normal. They have ACV in their water always and i give them herb mix with their feed. No mites. She's had Corrid 5 days. Her rear end between her legs feels swollen. She is 4yrs 3mo. Black Star. Looks and feels healthy except for thr swollen area. I know she poops. She's eating good. Drink minimal. Suggestions??

I'm sorry about your hen, it looks like she's not doing very well.

She may be having some reproductive troubles. Cancer, EYP, Salpingitis, etc., can all be common in laying hens.

She does look to have bloat below the vent, this may be fluid or some other indication of EYP, a mass, fat, etc., hard to know without feeling of it. She also has some abrasions/bruising around the vent, this may be due to straining or hens picking at the vent.

The yellow urates can indicate the liver is not working very well or it can sometimes be a combination of liver and reproductive problems.

I'd work on hydration. See that she's eating a nutritionally balanced poultry feed. IF the abdomen feels like it has fluid, then draining the fluid may give her some temporary relief. A vet can drain it for you or some folks drain the fluid themselves.
