I know the picture quality isn't great, because it's the IR night cam in our brooder, but my sweet brave Cleo is sleeping on the perch, watching over her flock-mates.
I had to share with people who understand how much I love this girl.

LOL You're probably all right. She does seem to be the top of the pecking order. I've just noticed that she's always watching when there's anyone or anything near them, even when the others are all eating, so I think of her as the lookout.
