My turkey died

My turkey died within the last couple hours while I was taking a nap. Is there a chance to save any of the meat?

So I started to process the bird. Cut the neck to drain, probably in the wrong spot. Plucking feathers by hand. Found the wind pipe and pulled too hard ripping it off. I had cut the chest cavity it had some rocks and used food. I dont know what to do next. Kinda stuck on finding the stomach.

If one of ours expired suddenly (otherwise healthy prior) and the heart wasn't obviously enlarged/discolored (infarction), and all other organs appeared WNL, it would be headed for the Vet Path Lab at the University, rather than the oven.

Thanks for the link. I got stuck on the stomach part. I will check in on the local university too.
