my upcycled playhouse chicken coops!

i found both of these playhouses on craigslist for free and got both solid bottom pallets for free. we spray-painted the outer, covered the floor with linoleum flooring, secured the houses to the pallets with "L" bracketts, caulked up any spaces that would leak or allow a draft, inserted 2 roosts, covered the windows with chicken wire and cut out part of the door for the ramp. total cost for each was around $30.00!

Hi there op! I love your coops!
How many chickens do you have between the two coops?

Not to hi-jack your thread but we're considering using a play house we already have as a coop.
I'd originally wanted to do DLM with no floor but am wondering about making the bottom of the coop play house safe from predators. I thought maybe some hardware cloth on the bottom and stretched out a foot or so around all sides but wonder if that's feasible.

Any thoughts on this are most appreciated.
