How cool! Those pics are great. I love Key West! My husband and I went down there gosh, probably like 6-7 years ago. The atmosphere, the food, etc... We had such a great time.

When we went there, we checked out the chicken store. We also ate at that place, Blue Heaven. While we were eating, a chicken jumped right up on the table of the people next to us. It was so hilarious! Anyway, I would love to go back.

Isn't the Key West Chicken's ancestors partly of Oriental game birds? What is the who's who in their family tree?

DH and I were in Key West in November '07. I wasn't a "chicken person" then so I noticed the wild chickens, but didn't pay much attention to them. If I ever go there it the future, however, it will be quite a different story!
