It looks excellent! Is it adjustable so you can raise it as they get older? It already looks a little short.
You can do the same thing with cups and then they have an open source to drink from.

Really nice set up!!!! I have the same nipples and love them but they leak when Ive used them with PVC, Did you have any problems with dripping? When I use them on bottles or buckets they are fine.
