I have 3 BO they hatched on 6th. the 2nd one(Ghost Light) wings are much longer and is getting tail feathers. The other 2 look like the top one. It's my first time having chickens can any tell what could be a hen or roo?

I honestly think it may be to early to tell. I say possibly roo. But I would just wait it out for a while till it's a little older and you know. for sure.

Hens will feather out faster, roos will feather out slower, but grow in size faster. It doesnt work 100%of the time, but it is majority.

It's quite young to tell, but if this trend continues, "Ghost Light" is probably a pullet while the other two may be cockerels.

It is too young to tell gender. Males do usually feather in slowly, but rate of feathering does vary with each bird, and it isn't the most reliable method of sexing.
