I know I have been lazy about posting up new or any pix of my entire flock so here is THE post!

This is Henry our RIR roo. He's a real luvbug and will fall asleep in your lap. Behind him are the bantam girl mutts that were in the house.

This is Evil Chicken our Buff Orpington roo with Give Away, one of the chicken mutt hens that we took in. She was supposed to be a RIR but she looks mixed to me.

Evil Chicken and our Sultan hen, Sheba.

This is Pocahontas. We got her as a chicken from a breeder and she was supposed to be an Americauna but either he got his chicks mixed up or we got had. Most ppl think she is a Black Sex Link. That is New Dehlis fluff butt you can see. She's a Delaware.

This is New Dehli, our Delaware hen. She is awesome. She will jump in your lap and if she sees another chicken in your lap she will give them "the eye" if they don't move she jumps up and pushes them off.

Evil Chicken and the bantams. You can see they were very happy to get back outside and roll in the dirt:

Three days worth of egg from the only 4 hens that could have laid eggs that size...yeah thats a dozen!

Bridg'ette (the hen we found on the bridge) at the feeder with the other broilers. They are only about a month older than her. Check out their size.

The broilers eating again. It seems everytime I come out they rush to the coop to start eating. The one in front on the R is Bob and the 2nd from the left is Himmler

Yeh my bf and iI are going out tomorrow, if it doesn't rain all day and are going to try to clip them down a bit. THEN we have some saddles for the girls to put on. Oh yeah, tomorrow is going to be fun.

Wow! You have such a big variety! I read too late about not getting so many breeds, but so many people seem to do it with no problems. I love Henry and Evil. Are you actually going to eat the broilers? I couldn't do it! I do love their eggs, though. Your alleged Americauna is the same color as my Dahlia. I read that most folks don't have the real deal. Doesn't matter to me as long as they're friendly and lay. I can't believe how much joy the chickens have brought to my life. I spend WAY too much time outside with Brandy. I let her free range out of the pen, but I stay with her constantly until she's back in the pen. The others don't leave the pen, because they don't come when I call and they're not easy to catch (yet). Brandy acts more like a good dog than a chicken.

Oh no! I'm a vegetarian and even if I wasn't I couldn't kill my chickies! Those guys are my rescues. You can read about them in some of my other threads. They are only 3 months old at most!

Great flock you have there!

I adore RIR roosters. My Sgt Major Bok Bok (RIR) would be beautiful by now. He was 5 weeks old when he was killed. We would be 9 months old now. I miss my baby roo.
