After seeing so many beautiful coops I really didn’t want to post mine. But it’s a good way to get some criticism and critique that will help me out.

I still have more to do as far as soffits, trim, painting and other customization. For now I attached the little cheapo coop next to the run because I have 3 week olds in there for now.

I think it is well built. I can't wait to see it painted. The only thing I would change is using hardware cloth instead of chicken wire.

Square Footage inside is 40ft^2 and the run is about the same. I’m already planning a bigger coop but I’m just happy I got them out of that temp coop. My first 6 I have 3 cockerel. Than I bought 8 more chicks. I’m hoping for 8-10 egglayers and one rooster

Oh, sorry, I was talking about that gap under the eaves on the coop itself. The coop needs year-round (never closed) up at the top, one sq ft per bird minimum, for ventilation. Few chickens freeze to death in winter due to ventilation! Many, many more develop frostbite or respiratory issues due to buildup of ammonia in the coop from chicken poop along with accompanying humidity buildup.

You might want to think about cutting down one or more of the walls where they meet the roof and covering them with hardware cloth to hit that 1 ft^sq per bird goal.

Other size targets: 4 ft^sq per bird in the coop AND 10-15ft^sq per bird in the run. Oh, also 1 linear foot per bird on any roosts (14 birds -> 14’ of roosts.)

Having plenty of space avoids a lot of behavioral issues among cranky chickens.
