Mysterious chicken death?

I just found one of my chickens dead in the coop, her comb was purple but other than that I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.. I noticed some of my other chickens combs are slight purple as well and one white chicken looks very ragged but acts perfectly normal and yet another chicken is moving a little slow and sitting down a lot.. Any insight would be greatly appreciated...!

Do you still have the body of the dead chicken? If so you can send it to your state lab for a necropsy and analysis. Don't freeze it. Double wrap in plastic and refrigerate before sending off. Stand by for a list of state labs.
