Mystery Bantam PART 2 and another chick?

So I posted a little while back with pics of a mystery bantam I got but unfortunately it passed away. The consensus was it was a Sicillian Buttercup, but this little one is supposed to be a bantam breed. So we went and got two more chicks, one exactly like the other and now it has its wing feathers in.
So, do we still think it's a SB?
And the second chick, it's a mottled Houdan right?

the second doesn't look like a houdan, it's missing the 5th toe on the foot that I can see. Maybe it's a white crested black.

The second one looks like a WCB Polish. There's one exactly like it on this FeatherSite page for Polish chicks.
