We picked up several chicks at TSC today. They had a clearance bin. All the chicks in the clearance bin were red sex links or all white chicks. There was one chick that was out of place. It was the only chicks in the bin that looked like itself. Since it was only 50 cents we decided to keep it and see what it was. I have looked at pictures of several breeds but I can't find anything that looks like this chick but I am not really sure what i should be looking for so it makes it a little harder
The chicks legs seen kind of tall. It looks like it is going to have a pea or rose comb. It has a slightly tinted silver back with silver looking wing feathers developing. There are also two small siver dots on the top of the chicks head. The chick also seems really small so I am wondering if it is a bantam. Below are some pics.
