I ordered chicks from ideal poultry two weeks ago. I ordered EE's, black Austrolaups (sp?), golden sex link, cuckoo Marans, and buff orpingtons. They sent one extra chick that I assumed was another buff, but this week I have noticed that her legs are a not the same color as the others and her feathers are coming in white with almost a lavender hint. Her legs seem to have a greenish gray color and she almost has puffs by her face. It would almost make me think she is an EE, but she looks nothing like others. What do you guys think?

I think it is an EE because of the puffy cheeks and the green legs.
Agreed. Easter Eggers can look like anything, depending on the cross. Chipmunk-marked chicks (which I'm assuming your others look like) are the most common, but this one probably doesn't have as much cross-breeding in her.
