We just found this guy wondering around but have no idea what he is. I was thinking of a hamburg but I'm not sure. Also what a conformation of its gender. Really hope it's a girl but I doubt it.

Looks to be mostly Sicilian Buttercup, possibly mixed with Serama or Japanese bantam (squirrely tailed). And yes, with coloring and comb, male.

Ok. I knew he was a boy but I was hoping there was a chance that he could be a girl. Also is anyone missing a chicken like this? He was found in Radcliff KY wondering in the streets. If anyone knows who the owner is please let me know. No one has called in yet.
