Every year I hatch chicks for my school. I get the eggs from a local feed store. This year, due to covid concerns, I had to order my eggs online. I ordered from the "Fun & Funky" collection plus they tossed in some random eggs (that were labeled with breed). I have 5 chicks.
1. Easter Egger (who is huge in comparison to the others).
2. A fun and funky who is clearly a naked neck cross.
3. A barred blue olive egger (beautiful bird)
4. Another fun and funky...i was guessing some type of Easter egger then at 5 days old I was trying to straighten it's feathers and i realized it's a Frizzled cross... still guessing with Easter egger.
5. A small buff orpington.
They are now 2.5 weeks old and I'm trying to figure out which ones " might" be males. I know it's too early but I'm just taking stock
of physical traits as well as personalities. For instance, the naked neck attacks all of them, knocks them off their perch, is constantly perching and watching over them all (and me) so... I'm pretty much resigned to him being a Male even though I really wanted to keep him. 
I'll be adding these chicks to our current flock at school so we can't have roosters. Unfortunately, this year I'm much more invested in these chicks since I incubated, hatched, and have them in my home as well as limitless time to cuddle (yay quarantine). Lol.
We've never had chickens with anything other than single combs so as I'm doing daily checks for combs, I'm not really sure what I'm looking at or for??? except for the naked neck and orpington which have single combs.
So my question...
What should a pea comb look like at 2-3 weeks??
I'll post pics of the 3 that I'm not sure about.
1st: Easter egger
2nd: barred blue olive egger
3rd: frizzled Easter egger
Pics 4-6 are the same order just more of a whole body view.
I just have no idea what I should be looking for because right now they just have "areas' of flat comb like skin. Maybe that's normal??
