Before Thanksgiving my whole flock (14) had pretty bad fowl pox. They got over it, then these appeared on the roo. They've spread more, and I've caught the hens picking them off (he seems to enjoy it?) but they've also taken off a layer if skin in places. They're due for a dusting for lice, but today's the first sun we've had in a month. Is this something I can just coat in Vaseline and move on with life, or is it more serious? Currently only affects the roo.
