Mystery loose chicken!

Anyone have a guess on age, breed, or gender? Sorry the pics are terrible and far away. It is loose in my pet sitter's apartment complex.

Although hens are allowed here for certain size lots, they aren't too common. We are a big suburban area outside of a huge city.

Is it too skinny or just young?

Could be a young White Leghorn pullet.

If she has a single comb, most likely White Leghorn.

It is an old Marchioro brand cage from probably 10-15 years ago that my grandma kept guinea pigs in. I have a bigger size too, but no base for it.

I don't know where she got it but it was probably from a local pet store in Ohio where she lived. She didn't have internet so I'm pretty positive she didn't order it online!
