Mystery lump on beak of quail

Hi i was checking on my quail and noticed 2 lumps on one of there beaks and wondering is this normal and just a non pigmented "nose" or is this something i need to keep an eye on like an infection.

There habitat clean fresh water etc no signs there in pain (although excited running when im near trying to hand feed (although they do hand feed after abit of running)

here a pic of it but it hard to see
going to try get better one

The lumps eather side of the beak and only on one of the 2 chicks atm (they just past 4 weeks few days ago)
edit : second image the chick with the visual issue front but other one seems to have similar but tiny whiteish bit
