Mystery missing hen

Something got in my run at some point and grabbed one on me. I’ve had issues with raccoons and rats in the past but this one is really stumping me. There is a 3 in hole in diameter going under my hardware cloth apron one foot out into the run. There is no sign of blood and no carcus. Just some feathers are the only sign of anything. Here’s a picture of the hole. I’m truly stumped on this one.

Grab and go predator probably a fox. They can dig and fit through holes of 4 inches.
