Hi, I rescued this rooster a couple of years ago, and he was very young. Before he feathered when I first got him, his color was similar to that of a Cuckoo Marans hen. The original owners have lots of chickens that would often escape and have multiple babies. They have white rocks, speckled Sussex, Rhode island reds, red sex links, etc. Their main roosters at the time were a speckled Sussex and a large white rock.
His name is Chrom.

Btw, I also think they had light Sussex's too!

I don't know what breeds he would be but he is STUNNING!!!
Thank you so much, I do love him! :)
Chances are his father is the white rock, because they have recessive white. For the mother, I have no clue
His mother is probably a speckled sussex because he has white legs
I agree, I too have my own SSs, and the pink legs and dark gray tipped white feathers made me think SS mix for sure!
