Nail/Beak Trimming?

If your hens are free range and scratch around a lot, I wouldn't worry about nails or beaks. If they have been cooped up for some time, you'll notice a distinct curl starting to happen in the nails, and the top part of the beak will begin to look like a fairly extreme "overbite." Wish I had some photos for you.

Ditto. If your birds are not caged, most likely they don't need trimming.
