Nail chipped; bleeding a lot

I was checking up on my chickens today and saw that one of them had a nail falling off and bleeding. The base is still there, but the upper part is kinda hanging. She is bleeding a lot, what do I do?

Corn starch on the wound. And place her in a quiet environment where she can just chill for awhile without being attacked or overly active. Give her food and water. Then determine how that happened.
