naked area from pulled feathers

Dog attack happened yesterday. Thankfully, they're all alive and most got away without injury.

1 did get many feathers pulled out around the base of the tail. No bleeding or open wounds. It's not visible unless you push the wings out of the way.

I've seen her use her wings, but she mostly keeps them to her body. I think to keep warm (bit chilly today).

Would something like this antiseptic spray help the healing process, or is there something better?

I picked up a bottle of Walgreens' hypochlorous cleaning spray

It uses the same active ingredient and percentage amount as Vetericyn's poultry care spray @ TS
