My naked neck is going broody I haven't placed any eggs under her yet except dummy ones. Has anybody had any luck with NN moms?

I don't really think breed has an awful lot to do with the quality of the mother a hen will be. I would not allow her to set in an elevated nest. If you want her to set, I would move her to a ground nest and work on grafting her to it with fake eggs. When you first move them, they usually panic and want to get back to where they were setting. But you can get them to graft to a new site if they are really determined to set which is what you want to see.
I remove newly relocated and grafted broodies from their ground nest with fake eggs each morning and monitor her while I am doing morning chores. When she heads back towards the coop, I make sure she goes to the correct nest and not back to the nest boxes. If she goes to the wrong nest or is on a path to it, I put her back on the floor near the ground nest and encourage her to go to it and settle it.
Once she goes back to the correct nest on her own for three days in a row, I remove the fake eggs and give her the marked fertile eggs I want her to incubate.
