My naked neck is going broody I haven't placed any eggs under her yet except dummy ones. Has anybody had any luck with NN moms?

I don't really think breed has an awful lot to do with the quality of the mother a hen will be. I would not allow her to set in an elevated nest. If you want her to set, I would move her to a ground nest and work on grafting her to it with fake eggs. When you first move them, they usually panic and want to get back to where they were setting. But you can get them to graft to a new site if they are really determined to set which is what you want to see.My naked neck is going broody I haven't placed any eggs under her yet except dummy ones.
