You could name it after one of Elvis' songs..... Heartbreak Hotel, and with only one rooster and the rest "ladies" there is bound to be heartbreak!!

Your chicken names, if I may say so, sound very "Southern." And you live on a Plantation. Hence I'd name your coop something like, "Gone with the Wind/ing Willows Coop", which cleaves to your plantation's name, or "House of Charlotte and Scarlett." or, "Tara" or "Tara's Wind in the Willows." or, "...And Charlotte said to Scarlett, 'I don't give an egg..."
