Name that Rooster!

My son gave me this rooster back in November of last year, help identifing his breed would be appreciated. The hens also, are they Barred Rocks?

I would name him ANCHORMAN, because he looks like he's "kind of a big deal".

Not sure of what kind of chicken he is though.

The hens legs aren't yellow, Maybe something else.
