Name the rooster?

If the picture didn't load I'm sorry, new to this. The picture is of a rooster I saw at a yard sale this last weekend. I don't know the breed (or variety). I was hoping for help figuring it out.

Description: Look like a Orpington that had Buff as the primary colors. Blue for the leg and tail feathers. Had at least one to two are blue sickle tail featers as well. Dark golded wing featers, also.

It's not a breed recognized by the APA-there, that should be a safe statement.
I suspect it's a cross-breed of some sort.

Is there a web site to go look at all the recognized breeds.

The picture turned out rather dark on the link.

It's the coolest rooster I've seen in a while.
