Naming the Keepers

Having chosen Green and Red as my Blue Australorp keeper cockerels it's time to give them names. Normally, I name chickens with food names but I *might* continue what my DH started when he named the Black Langshan "Ludwig" and use names of kings.

Since they're Australorps, are there any particularly Australian chicken dishes that I should consider?

Or any particular kings who come to mind from these photos?

But I have also had Chrome, (very flashy bielfielder)
Mr. White
Bossman.

I love the idea of using King names
