Nascent Iodine dosing for chickens?

I’m hoping someone might have some insight in to this, but I’m wanting to add nascent iodine to my girls “medicine cabinet.” Aside from helping sterilize water I’m familiar with it’s benefits in treating humans and animals for aspergillosis. That said, has anyone come across dosing information? My girls are all Plymouth Barred Rocks; about 5-6lbs.
