nasturtiums are they good for chickens

Yeah I was thinking on planting something by the run so it isn't so blah... if I plant nasturtiums, that won't make them sick if they peck at it a little will it?

I feed them to my canaries all the time! They are a very healthy snack for them. I would imagine it would be the same for chickens.
