Some questions for those of you who have ordered....

How are the small orders packaged? Survival rates? Shipping cost? Anything would help.

EE eggs? How many turn out to be duds(lay brown eggs)? Egg color for those that lay pretty eggs?

Some questions for those of you who have ordered....

How are the small orders packaged?
I ordered 20 chicks and 5 ducks. Not sure how the smaller packages are packed. Mine has a staw-like pad on the bottom that is all.

Survival rates? One duck was DOA... Another very small one died with in an hour of arrive home. The chicks are doing very well... alert, growing and thriving.
Shipping cost? I felt they had very reasonable pricing on the shipments, $19.50.
Customer service? Very nice people. They credited me for the loss of the two ducks. ( ducks Swedish Blue)
(also have 3 each Welsumer, Marans, Delaware and 2 Welsumer cockerels.
I ordered 6 EE's that have greenish brown legs and a variety of feather colors.
I don't know anything about eggs for hatching ... perhaps someone else can help in that area.
