near indiana stock up

Hello Im totally new to raising chickens but the neighbor and I are going to give it a good go. Any way well doing all my research on what to do and where to find things I saw this chicken stockup that is about 30 mins from my home in kouts indiana. We wanted to start with some started birds instead of chicks, and my wife and daughter also want us to get a couple silkies. So seeing how everyone will be so close I was hopeing some one could help me out with some birds. we were looking to have about 10 to 12 birds.
