One horse left in the town and they just can't wait?!!! Seems crazy to me!

What happened to the grand father clause?
douglas decided to ban large snakes, the man hired an attorney and the city backed off. This man also had poisonus snakes,it's not like the horse has a long time to live.

There is also a spot to write to the town, if you don't trash them....I asked about a "grandfather clause" with one horse on 4 acres in the city/town limits...what could possibly be the issue?!!! I wonder what the feelings on chickens are?
