Neck Feathers

One of my ducks tore the feathers out of the back of the necks of both the other duck and the chicken. The duck has refeathered, but it looks like the feathers on the chicken are broken not ripped out and she doesn't seem to be regrowing feathers. Will they eventually come back or do I need to do stub maintenance....?

Will they eventually come back or do I need to do stub maintenance....?

Broken or damage feathers won't be replaced until the chicken molts.
Not maintenance is necessary.
