Need a Home for My Flock of 14 Mo Old Ameraucanas

How close are you to Myer Hatchery in
Polk, OH? We are going later this week instead of the one in MO.
I'm a little over 2 hours away, so pretty far. The local person who seems to really want my chickens says she'll have the coop done by Friday, so I'm giving her some time, a little reluctantly. I do appreciate everyone who has expressed some interest. Maybe there will be a backup person among you, if she doesn't follow through.

I need to find a home for my Ameraucana flock of 5 hens and one rooster. I incubator-hatched them last year from Blue Splash and Wheaten eggs that I purchased on eBay. I simply don't have time to care for them as well as I'd like. They need to go to a farm in Northeast Ohio where they can free-range during the day or live in a chicken tractor with access to the yard. I have worn myself out trying to maintain predator-proof housing for my birds. Also, I've learned that I am incapable of turning my own birds into meat. These hens are actively laying pretty, pastel-blue eggs. Please only reply if you are willing to take all six birds. I don't have the time, or the will, to re-home them one at a time.

I am willing to take them off your hands. Please text me

Thank you. I am keeping track of these offers to take the chickens. Michigan would be a bit of a drive for one of us. I am near the PA border. I have a local person trying her best to finish building a coop by this weekend. Hopefully, she will take them. If not, I will get in touch with those who have offered through BackyardChickens.com. I will post the outcome after this weekend, and I appreciate all offers.

Ok thanks. Take me off your list, as I just landed a great deal very close to home& have all I need..

I hope this reaches all the people on backyardchickens.com who were kind enough to contact me about my Ameraucana flock. I did find a home for them. Someone in my own county came and picked them up yesterday. She sent a photo of them out in their new yard, and that was my greatest hope - that they would have better access to a yard than I was able to give them. I bit off more than I could chew this past year, and never managed to find the time and energy to build a predator-proof yard, so even though they had decent indoor space, they couldn't run around outside. Now they can!

Thank you, everyone, who offered to try to help me out.
