Need a little help Please

I am getting one egg a day like this, no evidence of egg "eating" just a broken egg almost every day Any body know??

Sometimes I might get a little hole or crack in the end when the hens have kicked out too much of the bedding and they burrow down to bare wood.

Or a hen might be pecking out of curiosity/boredom.
