It was the 1st time my dad and I used an incubator for hatching eggs the were left at 96 degrees and 60% humidity for 19 days and now after some research they are at 100 and 65-70% humidity it's day 20 I hope they will hatch any thoughts? I wish I still had my broody hens we had to start over again this year

any help would be great thanks

96* is a bit too cool for good growth and development, you may have a delayed hatch at that temp. 60% humidity is really high, they might all be downed at this point. Have you candled the eggs to check if anything is still alive?
For a still air incubator, the temp should be about 102*. For a forced air incubator the temp should be 99.5*. Humidity should be between 30% and 50%.

my incubator says between 55-60% circulated air I think they will be fine
