Need Advice ASAP

Two little ducklings showed up on my doorstep today and they appear to be only a day or two old. I looked everywhere for Mom or siblings and no luck! So, i am forced to make use of what i have and keep them safe inside my house. I don't have a lamp to keep them warm, so i've placed their little home over a heating pad. I am unsure if they are warm enough. I've even raised the temperature in my own house quite a bit to try and help lol. I know when they are huddled together that usually means they are cold Any advice on how to take care of them the best i can for tonight? I will buy a heating lamp tomorrow morning. Thanks!!

Make sure the heating pad is only on lightest setting or is away from them, babies get their feet burned really badly and they lose toes and feet over it. Heating pads are notorious for that, so best if it's not directly under them, maybe on the outside of one wall. They don't realize they are too warm as its gradual burn.
