Need advice for my sick Americana hen

My 4 year old American hen is weak and listless. I found her this morning sitting on the floor in the coop. All the others are fine, no sign of diarrhea or runny nose. There is a patch of feathers missing on top of her head. She ate a little sweet potatoe and i put a few drops of water in her beak but i dont know what else to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have some electrolytes handy?
Getting her to drink is the most important.
Hydrate her before feeding her.
