Need advice for new coop!

We are getting ready to build a 16' x 20' coop with a shed style roof.
Will there be a problem putting something that size on skids instead of cement slab?
We decided the cement was going to be too expensive.

You may have problems with frostheave racking it apart over time. (not all corners/walls will heave the same amount)

I'd do pole construction, myself, for that size building. Easy to do yourself, cheap, very strong. There are lots of books and websites and such on pole construction (barns, etc), you should have no trouble finding information.
